About Vkoach
Vkoach serves youth sports academies that train young athletes. Running an academy means managing trials, batches, fees and progress reports for many players at once, which quickly outgrows paper registers and group chats.
The challenge
Parents want to see how their child is progressing, and academies want enrolments and renewals to happen without chasing payments. Vkoach needed one platform that handled assessments and subscriptions together, and a sports academy website that turned interested parents into enrolled players.
