Blissful Acres digital marketing case study by LogDart: managed farmland plots with one picked out and a weekend tour calendar

About Blissful Acres

Blissful Acres offers managed farmland plots for buyers who want land without running a farm themselves. Buyers usually want to walk the land before they commit.

The challenge

Farmland is a considered purchase, and buyers ask the same questions every time: which plots are free, where they sit and what the estate looks like. Blissful Acres needed real estate lead generation that answered those questions online and moved serious buyers towards a weekend visit.

What we built

  • A managed farmland portal

Pages that explain how managed farmland works, what buyers own and what the management covers, in plain words.

  • An interactive plot availability visualiser

A plot availability map that shows which plots are open, reserved or sold, with the size and position of each.

  • A weekend estate tour booking funnel

Buyers pick a weekend slot to visit, and the team receives their details and plot interests ahead of the tour.

How we did it

  1. (01)

    Explain the model carefully

Plain wording about ownership and management, with no promised returns.

  2. (02)

    Map the estate

The layout was turned into an interactive map the team can update as plots sell.

  3. (03)

    Build for phones

The farmland website development was planned mobile first, with fast loading for buyers browsing on the move.

  4. (04)

    Track every tour

Each booking is tracked from the first visit to the website through to the day on site.
